He graduated from The Citadel with a BS Biology degree and an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Before owning his own business, Rally held various industry positions with the USAF, NATO, MCI Telecommunications and IBM. Married for over 36 years to his high school sweetheart. Two adult children and a grandchild.
