Alan Frishman is a Business Intermediary at Transworld Business Advisors in Boston. He works directly with business owners and buyers to navigate the full sale process—from initial valuation and positioning to negotiation and closing.
Prior to joining Transworld, Alan spent three years at State Street in portfolio and ETF operations, where he developed a strong foundation in valuation, market mechanics, and risk. His experience working with real portfolios gives him a practical understanding of how assets are priced, how deals are structured, and what buyers are actually looking for.
