About the Company
Exit Strategies that Provide Maximum Results
Get the Vant Seller's Advantage. Selling a business is often the largest financial transaction of one's life. More money can be gained or lost in the sale of a business than in any other deal.
We've sold over 90% of our listings vs. the industry average of 38%. The Vant Group specializes in transactions for businesses with revenues up to $100 Million and offer the strongest sell-side performance metrics in the industry. The difference will be seen in how well your Sell-Side Representative sources the best buyer and how accurately the valuation of your company is developed, presented and negotiated to achieve maximum results. We start the selling process by asking the right questions. Our experience enables us to anticipate the financing needs and tax implications of the sale—to best negotiate with each type of buyer. We're with you at every step.
