Fred M. Luberto is the Founder of The Luberto Group and FML Hospitality Advisory, specializing in hospitality business sales, acquisitions, consulting, and commercial real estate throughout New Jersey, New York, and the greater metropolitan market.

Fred brings more than four decades of hands-on hospitality experience as an owner, operator, entrepreneur, and advisor. Unlike traditional intermediaries, Fred has personally experienced the challenges of building companies, leading teams, serving customers, managing growth, navigating market changes, and ultimately transitioning a business.

Throughout his career, Fred has been involved in restaurants, catering operations, corporate dining, private aviation catering, luxury events, and hospitality consulting. His companies have served some of the region’s most demanding clients, including major corporations, luxury brands, professional sports organizations, developers, executives, and high-net-worth individuals.
