Please note that it is a requirement for us to have a signed Buyer Representation Agreement before you can view a home with one of our buyer's agents. This agreement is valid for a 7-day period, during which we will conduct a buyer's consultation and show you the homes you're interested in, ensuring a smooth and efficient home-buying experience. At the end of the 7-day period, we can extend the contract if we reach a mutual agreement, or the Buyer's Representation Agreement will automatically be terminated.
