Introduction
In my early career, I founded and scaled a medical billing company that evolved into a physician practice management firm. After exiting that business, I became a licensed business broker and transitioned into mergers and acquisitions, representing founders and owners through complex sale processes.
Since then, I’ve advised on and closed over 150 transactions across a wide range of industries, giving me firsthand insight into how buyers think, how deals break, and what ultimately drives successful outcomes.
