Broker Biography

Introduction

John is based out of the Philadelphia Metro area. Before coming to Synergy Business Brokers, John worked for a number of years for an M&A firm. He joined Synergy because of our comprehensive marketing strategy and database of potential buyers. Prior to M&A, John was a Director of Strategic Advisory for KPMG and a Manager of Strategy Consulting Services for Deloitte. He also worked as a financial analyst for GE Capital and a Consultant for TD Banks. John has worked on a $5 Billion Healthcare M&A Deal as well as a $25 Billion Chemical Company M&A project. In addition, he worked on smaller M&A deals at GE Capital. John has an MBA from Temple University and a BS at Drexel University. He also has a Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from Villanova. John brings a wealth of experience in a variety of industries in selling businesses in PA, NJ, MD, DE, and in other areas of the US.

Cash Flow includes the owner's salary and benefits, depreciation, and other non-cash items. SELECTIVITY
We are selective with the buyers and sellers that we work with. We have found it is important to have a good relationship with buyers and sellers that we trust to give us the best chance of success.
