Introduction
Eduardo Alarcon is a seasoned M&A advisor and business broker with over 20 years of experience and a track record of more than $450 million in successfully closed transactions. He has advised on deals across a wide range of industries – including manufacturing, chemicals, food production, logistics, and professional services – always with a focus on maximizing value for his clients. As a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA), Eduardo leverages deep expertise in deal sourcing, financial analysis, complex negotiations, and post-acquisition value creation to help business owners achieve optimal outcomes.
Earlier in his career, Eduardo excelled in executive roles at global corporations. As a Vice President of Global Sales, he negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts and spearheaded the market launch of groundbreaking technologies (notably introducing the world’s first FDA-approved implantable RFID microchip). This high-level corporate experience honed his skills in strategic business development, high-stakes negotiations, and managing transactions on an international scale.
In addition to his corporate success, Eduardo is an accomplished entrepreneur. He has co-founded and led multiple ventures across the U.S. and Latin America in sectors ranging from recruitment and technology to marketing and consulting. This hands-on entrepreneurial background gives him firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities business owners face, enriching his ability to advise clients from a place of genuine understanding.
Eduardo is also passionate about giving back to the business community. He volunteers as a mentor with SCORE, coaching small business owners and startups on strategies for growth and success.
