I'm a Senior Business Intermediary at Sunbelt Business Brokers of Fort Worth, where I partner with Daniel Hurtado, CPA to help Texas business owners exit on their terms.
My background is in finance and accounting, which means I don't just broker deals, I understand them at the numbers level. That matters when you're trying to defend a valuation, navigate due diligence, or structure a transaction that actually closes.
We focus on the lower middle market: companies with enterprise values from $1m to $75m+. Our sweet spot is $1-10m EBITDA. Manufacturing, construction, industrial services, specialty trades, service, oilfield, these are the businesses we know best and represent most often.
Outside of work, I'm a husband and dad to two young boys — which means I understand what it means to build something for the future. That same long-term mindset shapes how I approach every client relationship.
