With over 25 years of experience in healthcare business development, medical device sales, and capital equipment financing, Andrew has led national sales teams and structured complex transactions with physicians, hospital systems, and investors.
His expertise spans medical aesthetics, women’s health, imaging, and outpatient services. Andrew is known for his ability to help providers prepare for exit.

Laura has a strong background of business ownership, having owned and sold three businesses herself. Starting from the ground up with her first two businesses in the interior design field, Laura grew the businesses which became successful entities within her hometown in North Georgia. With her third business, Laura purchased fixtures and equipment from a business owner that had closed shop. Before selling and moving to Atlanta, Laura’s business became a well-known successful retail office supply and independent shipping center in the area. Entrepreneurship was in Laura’s genes. Her father, after retiring 20 years military, moved back to his hometown, became a licensed electrical and HVAC contractor and started his own company. Laura decided to take her own personal business experience and use it to help other business owners sell their companies. She previously worked with the current owner of Sunbelt Atlanta in a boutique M&A firm. Currently, Laura and her family reside in Gwinnett County.
Mark Werbalowsky is a M&A Advisor with Sunbelt Business Brokers in Atlanta, Georgia. Upon graduating Michigan State University, Mark spent 20 years as a Business Development Executive with Fortune 100 Companies. In 1998 Mark began his career as a business intermediary in Atlanta, Georgia, and has facilitated in excess of 200 transactions. These transactions have been very diverse, ranging from manufacturing, to service, distribution, and retail. These transactions have ranged in price from $50,000 to $5,000,000. Mark has also been involved with the startup and sale of four separate companies. Mark resides in Roswell, Ga. with his wife Vikki who is the principal of La Bella Vie, a highly successful Interior Design studio.
