Frank Campoamor has an extensive background in business transactions, including over 20 years as business law and real estate attorney with hundreds of business closings and commercial real estate closings and his passion for business deals continues today as a business broker. His experience provides a broad and detailed knowledge of the business brokerage process, including the business financial analysis, the listing process, buyer inquiries, negotiating the deal points, the contracts used, the SBA loan process, due diligence, coordinating the closing, the closing documents used, and otherwise being able to facilitate a broad range of business and real estate deals. Throughout his career, Frank has assisted a wide range of business interests, including business owners, entrepreneurs, lenders, borrowers, commercial landlords and tenants, investors, franchisees, business brokers, sellers, and buyers. He's also worked for a Fortune-500 global logistics provider selling transportation/freight forwarding services and has managed several complex transactions involving oil and energy projects throughout the world. Mr. Brady has worked extensively with several economic agencies throughout Southwest Florida over the past decade and served on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Florida Manufacturing Association.
