Edward is a Certified Business Broker serving the South West Florida marketplace. In this role, Edward assists in the purchase or sale of mid-market & main street businesses and takes on a variety of tasks to enable his clients to achieve their acquisition or disposition objectives across various industry verticals. Edward has extensive corporate industry expertise spanning over 30 years from various executive roles at a global Fortune 500 organization. He has served on numerous boards providing much needed business insight and leadership to the respective management teams. Edward has consulted a large range of foreign and domestic companies, from large to small, entrepreneurs, private equity and venture capital funds, institutional and private investors, and financial institutions. He has detailed working knowledge and experience with companies in an extensive range of industries from construction, consumer products, e-commerce, financial services, food and beverage, franchising, gaming, healthcare, hospitality, international trade, medical equipment, manufacturing, real estate, restaurants, retail, services providers, software, technology, telecommunications, transportation, and various other mid-market & main street businesses. Before joining Sunbelt, Edward had global responsibility at a Fortune 500 company leading Sales, Operations and Outsourcing across one hundred and twenty-eight countries. Edward is an IBBA member (International Business Brokers Association), BBF member (Business Brokers of Florida) and a Certified Main Street Business Broker (CMSBB). Mr. Brady brings a vast amount of business experience and expertise to the Sunbelt team. His diverse background has included roles focused on Small to Medium Business Enterprise (SME) consulting, international business development, and global supply chain & logistics. Additionally, he teaches International Business as an Adjunct Faculty member at Florida Gulf Coast University, Ft. Myers, FL., as part of the Lutgert College of Business, Global Management Program. As a small business consultant for the past decade, he worked in the Southwest Florida 5-county region providing consulting services aimed at business growth development and operational efficiency. During his international sales management career in the sporting goods industry, he sold products and services to over 60 foreign markets, resulting in multi-million dollar revenues and consistent profitability. He's also worked for a Fortune-500 global logistics provider selling transportation/freight forwarding services and has managed several complex transactions involving oil and energy projects throughout the world. Mr. Brady has worked extensively with several economic agencies throughout Southwest Florida over the past decade and served on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Florida Manufacturing Association.

Ron has over 30 years of experience owning, operating, acquiring, and selling a variety of businesses. Ron’s entrepreneurial efforts include growing a company to $27MM in revenue, with the company ultimately being rolled into part of a complex international $70MM M&A transaction. He applies his extensive knowledge of the business purchase and sale process to both the sellers' and buyers' needs to work on every deal. Ron has been married for 30 years to his amazing wife, Janine. They have 2 brilliant daughters. In addition to helping fellow entrepreneurs, Ron enjoys pickleball and golf, giving time to help All Faiths Food Bank, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and listening to audiobooks on daily walks with his Labrador Retriever Teddy. Today, Ron brokers a wide variety of industries with a focus in B2B services, ecommerce, 3PL, manufacturing, franchising, Eco-friendly/Solar/Sustainability, real estate, construction contracting businesses, SAAS, technology, restaurants/food-prep, professional services, health and elder care, retail, non-profit, and many more. What truly distinguishes her is her commitment to crafting individualized exit marketing strategies that align with the distinctive goals of each business owner. Juliette has an extensive background in sustainability startups & entrepreneurial ventures and as a founder of an electric vehicle charging business is very familiar with the intricacies of launching, sustaining, & selling businesses. Her hands-on experience working alongside industry leaders has afforded her a wide-reaching network across those service sectors.. Beyond business brokerage, Juliette promotes collaboration within the business community, actively working with local entrepreneurs to bridge gaps and foster growth through numerous local & national networking & marketing events. Juliette specializes in service sector exit planning & business disposition & acquisition strategies.

Paul has over 40 years of experience in business as a serial entrepreneur that includes the start-up, acquisition, and sale of established businesses. He has also held corporate sales and marketing executive positions to include 18 years in franchise sales. He applies his extensive knowledge of the business purchase and sale process, and an understanding of both the sellers' and buyers' needs to work on every deal. Of all his accomplishments, he values most the relationships that he has developed as a coach and mentor to other entrepreneurs and the reward of helping them to achieve their goals.

Greg is originally from Overland Park, KS and moved to SWFL in 2010. Greg came to Sunbelt after a highly successful career in the automotive industry. Greg has a diverse background and wealth of knowledge ranging from education to main street businesses. He is actively involved in the Naples community with the Naples Pelican Bay Rotary Club (Past President) and founder of Autoberfest, the clubs largest fundraiser. Frank Campoamor has an extensive background in business transactions, including over 20 years as business law and real estate attorney with hundreds of business closings and commercial real estate closings and his passion for business deals continues today as a business broker. His experience provides a broad and detailed knowledge of the business brokerage process, including the business financial analysis, the listing process, buyer inquiries, negotiating the deal points, the contracts used, the SBA loan process, due diligence, coordinating the closing, the closing documents used, and otherwise being able to facilitate a broad range of business and real estate deals. Throughout his career, Frank has assisted a wide range of business interests, including business owners, entrepreneurs, lenders, borrowers, commercial landlords and tenants, investors, franchisees, business brokers, sellers, and buyers. Frank is also General Counsel to the three Southwest Florida Sunbelt offices: Sunbelt Naples, Sunbelt Ft. Myers, and Sunbelt Sarasota. Kristi grew up in the tri-state area and moved with her family to Naples in 2005. As a former Olympic level gymnast and NCAA Division I scholarship athlete, she knows the value of putting in long hours with precise, determined effort. Kristi is a longtime sponsor of the New York Women in Communications (NYWICI) program, whose mission is to help women achieve their professional goals. She is an avid equestrian, master gardener and enjoys volunteering in the community. As an owner of multiple businesses, Kristi uses her leadership and entrepreneurial experience to assist M&A clients through every step of the exit planning process. She has extensive working knowledge of multiple sectors, including e-commerce, restaurants, healthcare, real-estate and retail.
