I have over 30 years of professional experience including as CEO and COO of publicly traded and privately held companies. As a partner, principal, primary investor, and consultant, I have demonstrated exceptional capabilities sourcing, negotiating, structuring, and closing transactions. I have directed private and public capital formation efforts, IPOs, APOs, spin-offs and M&A transactions for companies in multiple industries. I embrace and work well in high pressure environments with high proficiency skill sets to close transactions. In doing so over the years I have built an immense, high level, global network through my efforts in the private equity, investment banking, venture capital, technology, cross border trade, consumer packaged goods, e-commerce, manufacturing, marketing, digital media, real estate, professional sports, entertainment, and Esports industries. Currently I am a member of C2C Private Investment Company LLC, and have an operating role in our primary asset as the COO of Small Business Development Group, Inc. (SBDG), a publicly traded holding company that launches and acquires small businesses. I am responsible for sourcing targets, raising capital, and directing the incubation and acceleration processes of the portfolio clients. Additionally for Stony Hill Advisors, a portfolio company of SBDG, I support operations and transactions, including in the Carolinas and also being a Director of its California entity, Stony Hill Advisors California. Additionally, for a period of several years I was the venture capitalist in residence at the Rancho Santiago Community College Digital Media Center (DMC) Business Incubator in Santa Ana, CA, where I advised over a dozen small businesses with founders from socio-economic disadvantaged backgrounds. At the DMC incubator, I designed and taught coursework about entrepreneurship, and have also been a guest lecturer at both Rancho Santiago Community College and the University of California Irvine. Joseph Radic is a result-oriented senior executive and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of success across the technology, finance, and manufacturing sectors. Leveraging extensive experience in corporation development, Joe founded Cidar Group Holdings Corp and is the President of Emmor Works, a bespoke manufacturer of custom wood farmhouse, cottage, industrial, and conference tables. Joe’s broad areas of expertise include capital markets, IPOs, investor relations, and alternative investments. During his executive career, Joe built two trading platforms, one of which grossed over $14M and the other over $20M in annual revenues. Additionally, he developed and implemented an internal NASDAQ desk where he drove a 200% increase in the trading of 500 NASDAQ stocks in just over twelve months. Throughout his executive career, Joseph has held leadership positions at various organizations including NDB Capital Markets, Sanford C. Bernstein, and Needham & Company, and is the founder of Cidar Group Holdings Corp, and the President of Emmor Works.
