About the Company
IBA is the oldest business brokerage and M&A firm in the Pacific Northwest. Operating since 1975 we have sold more than 4,300 businesses. We are a sell-side business brokerage representing owners of family-held and privately owned companies.
We primarily serve business owners in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska but we have sold businesses across the United States to buyers nationally and internationally.
This includes assisting owners value their businesses accordingly, identify and locate buyers, negotiate successful sales transactions, and implement a seamless transition to new ownership.
With my Washington & Oregon state real estate broker licenses, I facilitate the sale or leasing of the related commercial real estate. I am also a member of CCIM and CREA. I completed Columbia University's Mergers and Acquisitions program and have an Accounting degree along with an MBA.
IBA serves all industries ranging from industrial to manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, marine services to transportation, wholesale to distribution, technology to service, cannabis and alcohol/wine, franchise resales, and other business types. Introduction
With over 28 years of entrepreneurship, finance and professional negotiations skills, I have been personally involved in the sale of over $500 million in contract value for business sales, services or other assets over the course of my career. As a former business owner, I understand my clients' perspective and the emotions they endure through the sale of their privately held or family owned business.
On a personal note, I have been married for over 25 years and we have a beautiful Siberian husky keeping us both active. I love all sports including actively playing golf, pickle ball and billiards. Additionally, I coach youth competitive baseball (13year olds and up).
