Chad Wegner is a Senior Advisor on the Senior Care Realty team with eXp Commercial. Chad specializes in selling assisted living communities, finding opportunities, and developing new business. He advises current and prospective owners, operators, and investors on how to achieve their goals. He prides himself on developing strong relationships with his clients and overcoming obstacles to create big wins. With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, he brings a diverse and unique background to eXp. He previously owned and operated a successful nationwide sales and marketing company for over 10 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. He has lived in Washington DC, Colorado, and Arizona. He currently lives in New Glarus, Wisconsin with his wife and two children.
