Introduction
Annie Adjchavanich {pronounced: a sho a nit}, is a real estate broker and the founder of Secret HQ, Inc — a boutique real estate firm based in Los Angeles. Annie has more than 35 years of sales experience; at 15, her first job was writing scripts and training her adult colleagues on how to cold call and book real estate leads for a Washington, DC real estate firm.
After a decade of working with high net worth art collectors on both coasts (DC & LA), she began working in commercial real estate, focusing on tenant representation, closing an average of thirty commercial transactions annually while mentoring two junior agents and teaching the CA real estate pre-licensing course for ADHI Schools. Within three years, she became a broker and founded Secret HQ, Inc in 2019.
Annie has worked with more than 100 returning clients in a myriad of fields; from entertainment and hospitality, to biotech and nonprofits; to education and veterinary — to retail and medical/cannabis. She represents 12,000 SF of office and retail properties in Orange County (96% occupied) and is the exclusive MLS listing agent for The Roosevelt Lofts, a 222-unit Live/Work property in downtown Los Angeles.
