I joined Sanborn and Company in 2005 after 20 years of practicing law in Colorado. As a principal in a local law firm for ten years, I understand the challenges business owners face in building and sustaining a successful enterprise. In addition to my own legal practice, I assisted others in selling and buying businesses and representing them in real estate sales, acquisition and leasing situations. I attended the University of Colorado for my undergraduate degree and the University Of Denver College of Law. I have a J.D degree.
