I joined Sanborn and Company in 2005 after 20 years of practicing law in Colorado. As a principal in a local law firm for ten years, I understand the challenges business owners face in building and sustaining a successful enterprise. In addition to my own legal practice, I assisted others in selling and buying businesses and representing them in real estate sales, acquisition and leasing situations. My clients and customers benefit from my business and legal experience in many ways.
I attended the University of Colorado for my undergraduate degree and the University Of Denver College of Law. I have a J.D degree. I am licensed to practice law before all Colorado courts and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. I'm retired from practicing law and my license is now inactive.
I'm a member ofthe Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries (CABI) and also have earned my Certified Business Intermediary designation from the International Business Brokers Association.
