The split between mechanical repair and body work is roughly. Each line of business account for about 50% of the revenue. It's profitable and the property is included. So this looks pretty good from the lender's perspective. We shouldn't have a problem with the financing.The cash flow on the business is around $300k. Probably a little bit better. This accounts for a market rent on the property. I dislike putting $300k on a $3m deal because it looks like it's priced at 10x cash flow. That is not true.
