Broker Biography

Introduction

My background in the pool service industry began as an operator. After acquiring my first pool service business, I focused heavily on building systems, improving route density, and scaling recurring service revenue. Within the first year the business grew to over 800 active service accounts and more than $2.5 million in annual revenue.
Through that experience I developed a deep understanding of what actually drives value in a pool service route. Factors such as route density, recurring revenue, customer retention, service pricing, technician efficiency, and equipment service opportunities all play an important role when evaluating or transferring a pool route.
In addition to operating within the pool service industry, I also come from a real estate and transaction background. That experience has helped me understand the mechanics of structuring deals, managing negotiations, and helping buyers and sellers navigate the process from initial interest through closing.
Route Cloud was created to bring these two worlds together — operational experience from the pool industry combined with the transaction knowledge required to facilitate successful deals.
Rather than operating as a traditional generalist business brokerage, Route Cloud focuses exclusively on the pool service industry. This specialization allows us to better understand the unique characteristics of pool routes and pool service companies while connecting sellers with buyers who already understand the business model.
