I’m a business broker who’s been in the seller’s seat a few times. Over the last decade, I’ve built and sold multiple service businesses from the ground up and worked in management at Allstate, where I supported agency owners through mergers, acquisitions, and growth transitions.
That experience shaped my approach: every business owner deserves a clean, confident exit, even if their books aren’t perfect or their business isn’t flashy. I specialize in selling profitable, service-based companies like insurance agencies, auto repair shops, med spas, cleaning businesses, and specialty trades. Most of the businesses I represent sell in the $200K–$2M range.
