I’m Patrick Totah, and I’m a listing transaction agent with Restaurant Realty Company, the oldest restaurant brokerage in California. I’m also a restaurant consultant with over three decades of experience in the food industry. Since joining RRC in 2018, I have facilitated the sale of many restaurants, bars, and multi-unit chains in the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout California. Giancarlo DiTullio is a high energy, motivated agent who has a passion for people and a love for the hospitality industry. Keith has nearly 40 years of restaurant and catering experience, mostly in the United Kingdom. After graduating from the London College of Hotel and Catering and working as a chef in London restaurants Keith’s experience elevated him to cater for the British Royal family and heads of the British Government for a period of 10 years. Since moving to the US in 1996 Keith owned and operated 3 successful restaurants and a catering company in California. Keith has consulted for numerous restaurant owners and has been selling restaurants, bars and clubs for the past six years. Keith holds a California State Real Estate License. In 2010 he created his own brand and restaurant concept called Skool. This inventive approach to seafood at its peak had two locations. Dan Baker brings over 35 years of hands-on experience in the restaurant industry to Restaurant Realty Company. Having worked in every role—both front and back of house—Dan has a deep, practical understanding of the challenges restaurant owners face in running a successful and profitable business. In 2001, Dan opened the acclaimed Marché aux Fleurs in Marin County, serving as Chef/Owner for 21 years. Under his leadership, the restaurant became a beloved fixture in the local community. In 2022, Dan successfully sold the business with the guidance of Restaurant Realty Company—a process that gave him firsthand insight into the complexities of restaurant sales from an owner’s perspective. Now, Dan brings that unique perspective to his work at RRC, representing owners who are ready to sell their businesses. He understands that the selling process can be both emotional and complicated, requiring a steady hand and clear communication. Dan approaches every transaction with calm professionalism, quick responsiveness, attention to detail, and unwavering follow-through. Since relocating to Los Angeles from his native Long Island, New York, Todd has been active in the real estate business. Todd has held his California real estate license since 2004 and has been involved in the listing, marketing and selling of residential and commercial real estate, including hotels, restaurants, car washes, and many other types of businesses. Todd has many years of teaching experience teaching several different subjects to students in the K-12 level. Todd is the founder/CEO of the popular business, Rent A Grandma, which has been featured on ABC's Shark Tank. Todd holds a California Real Estate Agents License (#01720850), teaching credential and Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Jacksonville University.

Jonathan’s grew up in a restaurant family in Pasadena getting exposure to to the restaurant business at an early age. After obtaining an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a Master’s degree from UCLA he began his 30 year commercial real estate career. He started with Grubb & Ellis in San Diego where he specialized in the sale of investment property before moving on to a real estate development company in Pasadena where he was responsible for leasing the company’s retail and office properties throughout Southern California. Jonathan then joined up with CB Richard Ellis and was named “Regional Rookie of the Year” and received the “Distinguished Achievement Award” for exceptional service to clients as a high rise office leasing specialist. After seven years as a successful broker at CBRE, Jonathan became Senior Vice President and Principal with Lee & Associates. where he specialized in the sale of bank owned “REO” commercial properties throughout Southern California. After moving to San Diego in 2002, Jonathan became one of the founding Principals of Lee & Associates, San Diego where he specialized in the sale and lease of commercial property until 2013.
