Restaurant Realty Company was founded by Steven D. Zimmerman in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1996. Since inception the company has developed into the largest California restaurant brokerage specializing in sales, acquisitions and leasing of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and related commercial buildings with local representation in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego markets. Andy Mirabell has over 20 years of restaurant and bar ownership and operations experience. He has managed bars and restaurants from Hollywood, San Francisco, San Jose to Auckland, New Zealand. Andy has been in charge and overseen many restaurant openings. In 2010 he created his own brand and restaurant concept called Skool. This inventive approach to seafood at its peak had two locations. The flagship is in the Design District of San Francisco and the second more casual Japanese style gastropub located in Midtown, Sacramento. Andy has a love of real estate and has also been a residential landlord. Since working with Restaurant Realty Company he has facilitated restaurant sales transactions, leases, ABC license transfers, and asset sales. Keith has nearly 40 years of restaurant and catering experience, mostly in the United Kingdom. After graduating from the London College of Hotel and Catering and working as a chef in London restaurants Keith’s experience elevated him to cater for the British Royal family and heads of the British Government for a period of 10 years.
