I came to Sacramento in 1989, as a Captain in the Air Force (Chief of Budget & Financial Analysis for Mather AFB). After 9 years of service, following the base closure in 1993, I started my career as a general Business Broker, selling all types of small businesses including restaurants. I saw the need for a specialist to better serve the food and beverage industry, and therefore created Restaurant eXchange in 2000.

As Owner & Broker of Restaurant eXchange, I consult with Sellers on pricing and valuation, including how to maximize the marketability of their businesses. I assist sellers through the complex process of transferring ownership, which can include facilitating the lease transfer, liquor license transfer, franchise approval, buyer financing, and escrow processes. I also help Buyers to realize their goal of business ownership by matching their skills and resources with available businesses and helping them through all of the steps leading to a successful sale closing.
