Resource Business Brokerage was formed by Joan to fill a gap in the regional area of Wilmington to provide personalized service, education and consults to the small to medium business community. Buying or Selling can be a daunting undertaking that we know first hand about and in turn built our services around navigating the process for all parties involved.
For business buyers we can help with lease negotiations, lending option and area information if relocation is in the picture.
For business sellers we can help with property that is being sold along with the business, creating comps and market reports along with the business valuation needed to price the sale.

Introduction
Joan previously owned a consulting company specializing in helping small businesses, Market Resource One, in Wilmington to plan, expand and market themselves. Her marketing career spans 35 years with expertise in project management, process development and product marketing. Among her clients were, Dow Jones Business Information Systems, Curtis Young, EG&G Electrochemical Instruments working to build their process development plans and managing projects across internal teams.
Joan specializes in assisting and advising businesses when they are ready to sell, providing them with a market valuation and marketing content and channels to reach their goal of selling.
Joan is available for buyers as well and will assist in finding the right opportunity and provide valuation analysis, funding opportunities to help in determining if it is the right business to invest in.
