Hi there! My name is Thanasi, pronounced (thuh-NAH-see), and I am a former Bostonian currently living in the Tampa Bay area. I am a licensed real estate agent (license number BK3547165) working as a business broker to assist customers in the sale or purchase of a business. My interest in business began at an early age. After graduating from Suffolk University in Boston, MA in 2005 with my BS/BA in Entrepreneurship, I then proceeded to acquire a Masters in Divinity at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology in Brookline, MA. After working for the Greek Orthodox Church for a few years, I then decided to work as a realtor selling residential and commercial property. From this experience, I became familiarized with the process of buying and selling real estate, and the wonderful investment opportunities that it provides. In 2015 I started a fast-casual salad restaurant called ToppSalad. Having built the concept (literally) from the ground up, I was able to learn a great deal about the restaurant business, while owning and operating a very successful concept that won numerous local awards and became the go-to spot for salads and wraps in the nearby area. After years of success, I made the very difficult decision to sell the restaurant, which is still open today, to my former partner, and have since moved to the beautiful Tampa Bay area. My wife is a native of Clearwater, FL and we live here with our two children. ?
