Introduction
Donna Rayburn is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) with over 20 years of experience helping business owners understand, grow, and successfully transition their companies.
After graduating from the University of Florida with an accounting degree, Donna began her career with Deloitte in Tampa. She later joined the Walt Disney World Resort, where she held leadership roles including Business Manager at the Magic Kingdom and Corporate Alliances Manager, working with strategic partners to generate sponsorship revenue.
Donna eventually returned to public accounting to focus on serving small business owners. She specialized in tax planning, financial reporting, and strategic consulting, helping entrepreneurs better understand their financial performance and make informed decisions.
In 2014, Donna founded Rayburn Business Strategies, a fractional CFO firm dedicated to providing financial guidance to small businesses. Through this work, she has helped many business owners improve profitability, secure financing for growth, and prepare their companies for successful exits.
