Don’s been a leading advisor with Proforma Partners for over two decades. He grew up in a business owning family and started his first business at age 27. Don has deep experience in business finance, operations, personnel management, marketing, and negotiations. He started in banking, went on to become a top-ranked multi-unit franchisee with a national brand and led up to 50 employees. He also served in a global distribution organization, negotiating major supplier relationships, and supporting acquisition integration. Don is also an involved civic leader including as a Cub Scout den leader for 10 years, Merit Badge Counselor in Business and Citizenship with Boy Scouts, and served in the Colorado State legislature where he served as Vice-Chair of the Education Committee and sat on the Finance Committee. Don lives in Broomfield, CO with his wife, Pat, their two sons, and their Colorado Mountain Dog, Atlas.
