Holding licenses in three states—Wisconsin, Illinois, & Indiana—his expertise spans a wide geographical area. Following a successful tenure at Marcus & Millichap Investment Sales from 2019-2021, Paul assumed the role of Regional Commercial Sales Director for Coldwell Banker Realty across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan. This transition broadened his access to a diverse portfolio of properties and an extensive professional network.

In 2013, he successfully sold/brokered his businesses before joining Marcus and Millichap, where he honed his skills in commercial investment sales.
