Introduction
Steve Da Cruz is Managing Director of Capital Markets at Newmark Canada’s Vancouver office and specializes in Development Land and Investment Sales which include Lower-Middle Market business sales ($500K EBITDA+). With over a decade of experience and hundreds of millions of dollars of off-market and numerous confidential transactions, Steve offers exceptional depth of experience and value to his diverse clientele by prioritizing customer centricity, deal certainty and asset integrity.
His previous roles include Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of a boutique commercial brokerage as well a top producing Vice President at an international firm. Steve holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Institute Member) designation as well the prestigious RI designation from the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia. He has also completed the A.CRE Accelerator in institutional financial modeling, complemented by advanced trainings from REFM as well as specialized studies in Artificial Intelligence with Vanderbilt University.
As President of CCIM Western Canada Chapter, Steve advances excellence in the investment analysis field and serves on various advisory committees to the CCIM Institute on topics such as Artificial Intelligence.
