I am one of the few consultants in the U.S. who focuses only on medical practices and who is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. My CVA certification qualifies me to prepare valuation reports accepted by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for lending purposes and by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for matters such as estate and gift tax filings.
