Introduction

My career started with the oldest continuing operating business broker firms in the Valley back in 2004. Our focus was understanding the details of the company as you take the listing so you can create an attractive picture for prospective Buyers. Fiduciary is taken very seriously along confidentiality in my business and protecting my Clients is #1 priority.

In 2008 i joined a national commercial brokerage in Phoenix specializing in Industrial and Retail building sales and leasing. My experience writing, reading and negotiating real estate sales and leasing transactions sets me apart from most all business brokers in Arizona. Most every business sale comes with a leasehold transfer, assumption of building sale. Understanding the role real estate plays in a business sale is a critical piece that I bring to our engagement.

I created the senior living team within NAI Horizon and are able to work on deals across the country due to NAI's nationwide network of offices. We have active buyers in the private equity and multi-state operators as well as individual investors.

I offer 20% referral to qualified licensed brokers in Arizona.

Since 2004 i have consulted, valued, listed, sold and re-sold businesses in Arizona. For the past few years, I have created and built a senior living practice focusing on independent living, assisted living, SNF, memory care and CCRC's in Arizona and across the Country. My prior business broker experience has been in the manufacturing, distribution, construction and related businesses. We closed our largest transaction in 2019 with the sale of a transportation company in Phoenix sold to a Private Equity firm from the Northwest at a 4.89 multiple of cash flow. In 2022, our senior living group has closed a few senior facilities between $5 - $25 million.
