Introduction
I have been an entrepreneur since starting my first business while attending college. My first business provided service and maintenance to the most expensive and luxurious yachts in Southwest Florida, for prominent names in the entertainment and business world. After college I started Boca Vending Service Inc, a full-line vending operation in Fort Myers and Naples. Through implementation of industry leading technology, and introduction of micro-markets, my team and I dominated our competitors and grew the company to number two in the market, with sales over $1.2 million.
Boca Vending Service Inc was acquired by a national operation at the beginning of 2021. Having facilitated the sale of my own businesses, the process of confidentiality and succession planning became paramount within the exit strategy phase. Through talking with all the buyers, I was able to identify the one right buyer and coordinate the transaction, which went smoothly and successfully. I can relate firsthand to the difficulties that many business owners face.
In addition, I am licensed to sell real estate in the state of Florida. I have been an investor in commercial property since 2018 and have successfully negotiated and sold investment commercial property.
Christopher resides in Naples, FL with wife Rachael. They have two daughters.
