For sellers, I provide comprehensive business valuations (BOV's) based on analysis and creation of a seller's discretionary earnings (SDE's) report, and using nationwide industry segment trends of selling price multiples to determine the most appropriate selling price. We want to price the business right to not leave money on the table, but also use a price that a buyer can justify and get financed to be able to get you sold in a realistic timeframe.
