Broker Biography
Introduction
Lenny Saizan's career spans more than 20 years. As a Business Broker, Management Consultant & Franchise Owner at Murphy Business & Financial Corporation, Mr. Saizan applies the proven processes of Murphy Business & Financial, along with his previous corporate experiences and skillset, to help his clients successfully navigate the process of selling and buying businesses. Mr. Saizan understands the emotions, challenges and financial implications that must be considered with every transaction. He is strategic in his approach to every project and works closely with his clients and professional services partners to assure a positive and successful experience for all.
Lenny is a diverse leader and accomplished professional. Prior to joining the Murphy organization, he attained extensive management, audit, IT, entrepreneurship and engineering experience in Oil & Gas, Construction and Consulting industries. His projects include corporate mergers and acquisition, engineering and finance system implementations, financial planning and analysis, and various process improvement initiatives. He also founded and exited an IT consulting company as a small business owner. Mr. Saizan is a thought leader who excels in developing teams, managing projects, leading new initiatives and effecting positive change. He is highly analytical with the ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis in making business decisions and managing risks.
Mr. Saizan earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in General Management and Finance from Tulane University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt. He is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and Project Management Institute.
