Broker Biography
Introduction
As a CPA, I have an extensive background in accounting, business management, sales, marketing etc. I became a business broker more than 10 years ago when I decided to try to do something more helpful to my clients. I was somewhat disillusioned when I found that most business owners were in the position of "having to sell", rather than choosing to sell. Most of the time, I found those sellers were forced to accept a much smaller price than they wanted and or needed. It was then I decided I'd try to be a little different by helping the owner develop the business by making simple, easy to implement, changes designed to increase sales, and/or decrease costs. Now, I offer products/services business owners can use to raise value and get what they want/need when the time comes to sell.
Services Provided
We specialize in helping business owners get more for their businesses when the time comes to sell, and then actually selling the business. Rather than market your business "as is" when circumstances dictate, we prefer to work with business owners to fine tune their businesses (sometimes over a period of years), ramp up sales, and install systems designed to maximize the sale price when the seller is ready. Give me a call to discuss your business as well as case studies demonstrating the impact my process can have.
