Lou is a serial entrepreneur having successfully owned and operated several businesses including an Auto Body Shop, Fitness Gym, and multiple restaurants. Lou was born and raised in Central NJ and started working in his family business at age of 12! Lou went on to a 28 year career at the New York Mercantile Exchange. Starting as a clerk for Shearson Lehman Brothers, he worked his way up in the company to Commodity Floor Trader. Then after 2 years as a trader became a member of the New York Mercantile Exchange, and bought a seat to trade commodities independently. Lou’s strict upbringing and private school education instilled honesty, good ethics and the ability to help people. As a New Jersey Licensed Real Estate Representative since 1998, Lou can sell all businesses even those that own their property. Now, after joining Murphy Business Sales, Lou has the tools and ability to harness his experience to help many diverse business owners.
Vipin Singh has worked for 20+ years with global Fortune 500 corporations in Investment Banking, Sales, Finance, Risk Management, and Consulting teams. He earned a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certified by the CFA Institute and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) by the Exit Planning Institute (EPI). Vipin resides with his family in Metuchen, NJ. He is a Firefighter and volunteers with the Kiwanis Club of Edison.
