I have been selling all types of businesses and franchises for OVER 38 years. I have been financing all types of businesses with SBA and Conventional Financing for OVER 32 years. I am active in advising and consulting clients in the operation of buying, selling and start up businesses. I can finance start ups with 30% down and existing purchases with as low as 16% down ( only a handful of agents and brokers have the contacts to do this) PLUS have the lender give the buyer back working capital at the close of escrow.
