During his tenure, Glen assisted Linksys in accomplishing some remarkable achievements, which included; being the predominate #1 networking brand in both retail and online, selling tens of millions of routers (real numbers) and becoming a seven-time Inc. 500 Hall of Fame winner. Through this experience, Glen acquired invaluable insights into best business practices.

Services Provided
For Sellers:
• The first step is to have an initial call/zoom meeting for a summary review of the business
• If it makes sense for both parties, proceed forward with a No cost Business Valuation
• Review the valuation and other supporting factors. The seller then decides to list his or her business.
• A CIM (Confidential Information Memorandum) is prepared
• Secure a pre-approval for the business from a designated SBA lender
• All listings are afforded premium, high impression marketing programs. Note: There is no extra charge for these programs and as always, $0 money until the closing transaction.
• Negotiate price, terms, and any contingencies on behalf of the seller
• Coordinate with escrow & closing attorney, SBA lender, accountants, landlord, and other professionals
• Assist with the due diligence process, including the development of any employments contacts, etc. and prepare for the closing transaction
• Coordinate the closing transaction and then celebrate the transfer of funds!
• Assist in the handover process, including any training or supplier introductions for the new owner(s)
For Buyers:
• Help buyers find a target business that matches price objectives and overall interests
• Obtain & carefully review all relevant financial documentation of the business
• Analyze the market position, Google reviews or specialized market reviews, any social media, etc.
• Negotiate the best price and terms on behalf of the buyer
• Connect buyers with SBA or commercial lenders to secure a pre-approval for the intended purchase
• Structure a due diligence process (consultative), that assists the buyer in reviewing all relevant financial and operational aspects of the business
• Review both short & long term growth opportunities
