I started my career in Philadelphia, working my way up the corporate ladder and building skills in Human Resources, Design & Communications, Customer Service, and Finance. After getting married, I moved to Spain for a year teaching English and planning our future. Returning to the United States meant a move to Maine, where we planned to plant roots and raise a family. I was fortunate enough to find a job as a Senior Financial Analyst for a small firm that uses financial modeling to help businesses plan for refinancing, expansion, bankruptcy, acquisition, and more. Seeing a wide variety of businesses through the lens of their financial models has given me an in-depth understanding of how vital the numbers are in determining value and opportunity. In my work, we hired Magnusson Balfour to help us in the sale of a mutual client, looking to retire. I helped Magnusson Balfour with the financial modeling, and we gained a mutual respect for the services of the other in our work together. I obtained my real estate license in 2015 and have since gained additional abilities in the areas of leasing, ROI analysis, commercial real estate, and specialize in business brokerage. I am inspired by the spirit of entrepreneurism that is alive and well in Maine, and bring my strong financial background and intimate knowledge of business to bear when assisting in the early or late stages of business ownership.
