Founded by Dave Britton, a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and licensed Florida real estate professional, Lobo specializes in Upper Main Street business sales, with a focus on companies earning $200K to $2M in net income and enterprise values between $500K and $10M.

We represent both brick-and-mortar businesses in Florida and digital businesses nationwide. That includes e-commerce brands, SaaS startups, content sites, and remote companies.
