Introduction

Khaled Azar is a tech entrepreneur turned M&A advisor with more than 24 years of experience building, scaling, and selling businesses. Before founding Livmo, he launched and operated more than ten ventures across e-commerce, digital marketing, B2B SaaS, and business services, including a call center scaled to multimillion dollar revenue, a digital media company that generated $33M in lifetime revenue, and a B2B SaaS company he grew past $1M ARR and successfully exited in 2019.

Having sat in the founder's chair through his own transactions, Khaled understands that selling a company is one of the most important and most personal decisions an entrepreneur will ever make. It represents years of vision, risk, and long hours finally coming to fruition. That perspective shapes everything about how he advises clients: he leads with the founder's goals first, then builds the deal strategy around them.

Khaled holds the Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) designation and is an active member of M&A Source and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). His work was recognized with the 2024 Axial Top Deal Award. He founded Livmo, a San Diego based sell side advisory firm focused on SaaS, software, and digital businesses with transaction values between $1M and $25M.

Khaled's technical background gives him an edge that generalist brokers can't match. He and his team have hands on experience with the technologies, metrics, and business models that drive digital company valuations, from ARR quality, gross and net revenue retention, and churn dynamics to codebase transferability and infrastructure risk.
