I bring a unique perspective to business owners preparing to sell: decades of experience on the buy-side of M&A. Throughout my career, I’ve evaluated, negotiated, and closed numerous acquisitions, so I understand exactly how buyers think—what they’re looking for, how they assess value, and how they structure deals. Today, as the founder of Legacy Transition Partners, I use that experience to advocate for sellers, helping them approach the exit process with clarity, confidence, and leverage.
I hold both undergraduate and MBA degrees in business, which provide a strong foundation in finance, strategy, and management. My background spans corporate development, private investment, and executive leadership—giving me a practical, well-rounded view of how businesses grow, operate, and ultimately transition.
I’ve spent years sitting across the table—digging into financials, uncovering risks, and shaping offers. Now, I put that knowledge to work on behalf of owners who want more than just a broker. I offer strategic guidance, market insight, and hands-on deal execution focused on maximizing value and preserving legacy.
