Myers area since 1976 and has been involved in Real Estate, Building & Development, representing Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Landlord & Tenants in Lee, Collier and the surrounding Counties with over 39 years diversified experience in the Southwest Florida market specializing in Commercial, Investment, Retail, Office/Medical , Industrial, Land, Hospitality & Residential/Multifamily Properties. Started Building & Developing in the area in 1977. Bev has earned the CCIM Designation – (Certified Commercial Investment Member), ABR – (Buyers Rep) & ASR – (Sellers Rep) & continues to successfully buy & list with no conflict of interest.
