Nat Santoro has over 40 years of proven professional experience in the sale and marketing of commercial, residential, industrial properties and businesses. He completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, often called the “PhD of commercial real estate education” in 1988, his GRI designation in 1978, and became a Certified General Appraiser in 1990. Nat holds a B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
Nat’s background encompasses investment analysis and consulting as well as facility management and real estate development. As a partner in a development company he was the contact person for all the zoning, legal, environmental and architectural aspects of the development.
