David has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in retail, industrial and land leasing, and sales. His last two years have brought many business owners asking if he can help sell their business. With six businesses sold (from a Dental office, Multi-unit Franchise Restaurant, QSR restaurant, sit down restaurant, cannabis cultivation and automotive) along with their real estate, David is positioning himself for the next ten years or so to help business owners navigate this difficult decision to sell and help get the highest multiple for the seller. He has been awarded multiple top producer and performance awards at both of his previous companies (NAI Maestas & Ward, Base 5 Retail & King Capital).
Away from the office, David is an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys riding snowmobiles,
skiing, mountain biking, hunting, and fishing.
