With over 30 years of CPA experience, Kevin serves as a strategic advisor to business sellers and buyers, guiding them through the often-complex process of completing successful business sale transactions. Rob’s intimate knowledge of this region, and the experience of having lived in Flagstaff for the past three decades gives Rob the insight and market knowledge to help customers fulfill their real estate needs. Rob brings over 35 years of experience in real estate, finance and banking, excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard. As an Executive Vice President of a regional bank with a targeted focus on commercial real estate transactions, Rob has been responsible for project planning, credit analysis, loan funding and construction management for hundreds of real estate projects and knows how to maximize positive outcomes for all the parties involved in the transaction. Past projects and experience include land subdivisions, large project construction, cash flow analysis for multi-tenant income properties and owner user site development and financing for commercial projects.

Rob consults with many real estate professionals, attorneys, architects, civil engineers, surveyors, financial institutions, and contractors to verify details that are key to a transaction; this experience makes him effective in studying and evaluating commercial real estate property, raw land and/or remodeling projects for commercial use. Rob has work experience in the commercial construction industry and he utilizes this coupled with his business experience to ensure finding the best use for a property and the customer’s needs.
