Introduction

Khanh Nguyen is a Seattle based commercial retail broker specializing in restaurant, cafe, medical, warehouse, and service oriented leasing and commercial purchases. He represents tenants, business owners, and investors looking for the right space, strong lease terms, and guidance through permitting, layout planning, construction, and opening day readiness. He also assists residential and commercial clients with buying, selling, and investing throughout the Greater Seattle area.

Khanh began his real estate career in 2006 while completing his Business and Marketing degree at Seattle University. When the housing market collapsed shortly after, he remained active in the industry, negotiating short sales, completing broker price opinions for banks, and helping homeowners protect their credit during one of the most challenging markets in decades. From 2008 through 2015, he earned multiple Top Producer awards and built a reputation for negotiation, communication, and execution.His commercial work is strengthened by real operational experience, giving him a practical understanding of what a business needs beyond a signed lease. He has managed permitting, equipment planning, architect and contractor coordination, vendor relationships, and construction budgets, which allows him to help tenants avoid costly mistakes and launch stronger.

Born in Vietnam and raised in Seattle since age four, Khanh has deep roots in the local business community and a passion for supporting small, family owned, and first generation operators. Outside of real estate, he enjoys time with family, golfing, razor clamming on the Washington coast, exploring local restaurants, and appreciating the Pacific Northwest.Khanh is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and the National Association of Realtors and holds professional designations including CRS, ABR, SRS, and CNE.
