In addition to her role with J&E, Kristi is an experienced business consultant for both for-profit and non-profit organizations, specializing in creating scalable systems, optimizing workflows, and developing high-level strategies that strengthen foundational business structures. She is also a licensed real estate agent with EXP Realty and a Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach, giving her unique insight into the financial and operational aspects of business ownership. Kristi holds a B.A. in Communication from Messiah College, along with certifications in grant writing and information architecture, and has completed graduate-level coursework toward an MBA at Delaware Valley University. She is recognized for her deep industry knowledge, disciplined work ethic, and ability to build strong, lasting partnerships.

I am a Lancaster-based business broker-in-training committed to using my passion for small business to help entrepreneurs identify long-term solutions that support the longevity and future success of their companies. I earned my undergraduate degree in Broadcast Journalism from Pennsylvania State University in 2016 before starting my own photography and videography business, where I used multimedia storytelling to help entrepreneurs craft their brand messaging to better reach the community. A few years later, I attended University of New Hampshire School of Law, which I graduated from in 2023. I am currently pursuing both a Series 65 license to be an Investment Advisor Representative, and a license to practice law. My legal and financial training, and entrepreneurial experience provide a strong foundation for understanding the complexities business owners face when preparing for growth, succession, or sale.

Carmen provides over 20 years of real estate experience specializing in commercial sales and leasing, residential sales, and business brokerage. Carmen has experience in business evaluation with selling and buying businesses. Helping folks secure their future by a happy retirement, or investing in their first journey. Carmen provides attention to detail and provides a high respect to confidentiality when closing any transaction, as commercial businesses are often still operating and conducting normal business until closed. In addition to being a realtor at Dennis Beck Real Estate here in Lititz, Pa, she is a business broker with J & E Business Group focusing on PA and the Mid Atlantic Region. She is also Partners in Many Residential Units in Lititz, Pa and throughout Lancaster County. She is a member of National Area Realtors (NAR), Pennsylvania Area Realtors (PAR) and the Lancaster County Area Realtors (LCAR). She is also a Member of Pennsylvania Business Brokerage Association (PBBA), Member of BIZBUYSELL, Member of the Business Broker Net, BizEquity, SmallBizClub, Bizquest, Business Merger and Acquisition and more! Carmen was born in Virginia and moved to Lancaster County in the early 80's. She studied early education at Millersville University and a graduate of The Consolidated School of Business. She lives in Lititz with her husband, Mike and has 4 children and 8 grandchildren. She raises chickens, raises 6 ESA and Registered Service Dogs and enjoys black and white photography.
