Introduction
While serving as VP International Business Exchange Inc, Mike Miller has spent 28 years as a major executive with two fortune 500 companies - Armco Steel, Cooper Industries and British multinational conglomerate BRT. He was responsible for global operations. He has owned and operated over 150 business transactions both on the sale side and buy side, knowing the ins and outs involved with closing. Mike has been an officer in many professional organizations including past President of the Texas Association of Business Brokers. He serves and supports other industry associations, IBBA (International Business Brokers Association), and M&A Source. The experience Mike has developed over the last 25 years in representing the sale of privately owned businesses has allowed him the experience to mentor the industry of the M&A world and serve his clients with confidence and knowledge.
Mike holds a Texas Real Estate License and a BBA Degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
