Starting with her first business brokerage client, Carrie has actively expanded her marketing approach to include specialized and highly-targeted social media marketing which is quickly producing promising leads. Combining this with traditional business and commercial real estate marketing websites, e-mails and mailings to her vast network of clients and investors, Carrie is continually looking for better approaches to reach the pool of potential buyers. Prior to real estate, Marina Gabunia spent the first part of her career Teaching English as a second language in Georgia, Tbilisi. After moving to the USA From a Beautiful country Georgia owned a couple of businesses including Italian Restaurants in PA and Florida Keys. Her career in general brokerage began by helping a few friends with their investment properties, and businesses and buying houses the first time and snowballed from there into helping many more.
